THE WOMAN BEHIND THE BUSINESS | The Power of Choice and Radical Leadership
There is truth in the fact that there is enormous power in the choices we make… but that power must be carried with leadership.
Leadership is the glue that holds a choice in place until it becomes your nature.
I’ve walked this path, and let me tell you there were plenty of moments when I was confronted with choices that, to many, seemed illogical… choices that made no sense at the time. But deep inside, I knew they were meant for me.
I’m not going to pretend that every single one of those choices brought a big win. Some of them required me to redirect along the way.
And some of the ones that, in the moment, felt like total crap… ended up being catalysts for my greatest growth and transformation.
One of the biggest qualities that allowed me to keep moving despite the results was the ability to lead myself.
To lead when no one was watching.
To keep learning even when everything felt like it was falling apart.
To lead when my health was compromised and I still had to show up.
To lead when clients left. When people I deeply loved faded away.
To lead when doubt and self-criticism were creeping in.
To lead through uncomfortable conversations where my entire body wanted to please but I chose to hold my power.
To lead even when things were working out and still be relentless about growth.
To lead with discipline, with principles, with self-respect.
Never with fear. Never by trying to impose.
In this first transmission, I’m sharing with you the beginnings of this legendary journey of becoming.
It all started when I arrived in the U.S. at 17 years old stepping into a new country, a new culture, a new language… an entirely new paradigm.
I’ll walk you through how I went from working at a supermarket, to becoming a mother, to experiencing God’s intervention in a way that radically shifted the trajectory of my life.
I’ll be sharing powerful lessons and experiences over the next 8 transmissions.
